Not all insurance policies will cover PT treatment provided without a doctor\u2019s referral (order).\u00a0 Please contact Marshall and he will check your policy. Medicare does not require a doctor\u2019s order but they do require a doctor to sign the plan of care to certify medical necessity.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u00a0New patients should:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wear comfortable but not tight clothing<\/li>\n<li>Wear the shoes you normally walk in (i.e. don\u2019t wear new shoes)<\/li>\n<li>Bring an ID (driver\u2019s license)<\/li>\n<li>Bring your insurance card(s)<\/li>\n<li>Bring a medication list.
